第四依處中，基云：諸法想義者，想謂能詮之名，義謂所詮也。測云：言顯除意趣等者，謂能顯密意除他疑心也。
In the fourth basis, Ji says: Regarding "the conception and meaning of dharmas," conception refers to the expressing name, and meaning refers to what is expressed. Ce says: Regarding "revealing and removing the underlying intention," and so forth, it means being able to reveal the hidden intention and remove the doubts of others.
