引說證成中，測云：如經中說修慈福利有十一種，臥安覺安，天護非人愛，不毒不兵，水火不喪，眠無惡夢，死生梵天，在所得利。

In citing teachings for corroboration, Ce says: As stated in the sūtras, the cultivation of loving-kindness has eleven kinds of blessings and benefits: sleeping at ease, waking at ease, protected by devas, loved by non-humans, unharmed by poison or weapons, not perishing by water or fire, no bad dreams in sleep, reborn in the Brahma heaven at death, and attaining benefit wherever one is.
