言勝妙威儀等者，測云：於初句內，有四句。初句久習今成；第二、被服祥審；第三、三千威儀都備；第四、舉身齊整望之儼然。

Regarding 'excellent deportment' and so forth, Ce says: within the first phrase, there are four clauses. The first clause [means] long cultivated and now perfected; the second, clothing that is auspicious and deliberate; the third, fully equipped with the three thousand deportments; the fourth, the whole body dignified, stately to behold.
