言種姓住中，於餘十一及如來位唯有因轉攝受彼因等者，則對前後以辨差別，謂種姓住中唯成殺後住因，未起現行發趣行也。

Regarding "in the abiding of gotra, with respect to the remaining eleven and the Tathāgata stage, there is only the operation of causes and the subsumption of those causes, etc.": this distinguishes the differences by comparing what precedes and follows, meaning that in the abiding of gotra one only accomplishes the cause for subsequent abidings, and has not yet initiated the active manifestation of practices of setting forth.
