勝解行中，云從發心乃至名解行住，出其行位。測云：述兩釋。一云，十信已上皆名發心住。一云，十解已上方名發心。

In resolute conduct, "from generating the aspiration up to... is called the abiding of resolute conduct" sets forth its stages of practice. Ce states: Two explanations are related. One says that from the ten faiths upward, all are called the abiding of generating the aspiration. Another says that only from the ten understandings upward is it called generating the aspiration.
