上來明勝修未成訖下，明勝德未具。文有四番。一、如上說初持十八品圓滿德中未能普學；二、如上說相品五相未能成熟；三、於分品在家出家二分加行未等顯現；四、於意樂品十意樂猶未清淨乃至於其熾然無動妙善菩提分法未能成熟。

The above explains that superior cultivation is not yet achieved; below, it explains that superior virtues are not yet complete. The text has four points: 1. As explained above, among the complete virtues of the eighteen chapters of the primary base, one cannot yet train comprehensively; 2. As explained above, one cannot yet mature the five signs of the chapter on signs; 3. In the chapter on divisions, the preparations for the two divisions of home-dweller and renunciant do not equally appear; 4. In the chapter on aspiration, the ten aspirations are not yet purified, and even the blazing, unshakeable, wonderfully good factors of bodhi cannot yet be matured.
