測云：準十地論，此下校量勝分。校量有三：一、願校量；二、行校量；三、果校量。此文當彼第一校量。

Ce says: according to the Daśabhūmika-śāstra, from here downward is the section of comparative superiority. There are three comparative superiorities: first, the comparative superiority of vows; second, the comparative superiority of practices; third, the comparative superiority of fruitions. This text corresponds to the first comparative superiority.
