就釋中分二：初明起願；後明十願能生無數。前中有三；初明十願；次舉無盡句以成十願；後判二種起願所依。

Within the explanation, it is divided into two: first, explaining the arising of vows; second, explaining that the ten vows can generate countless [vows]. In the first, there are three: first, explaining the ten vows; next, adducing the inexhaustible phrases to accomplish the ten vows; finally, distinguishing the two kinds of bases upon which the vows arise.
