餘如前說已下，是第九善根清淨句，今此地中如瑠璃寶珠，於前金上莊也，即一切地準前當知。言四風輪者，或四方之。

From "The rest is as explained before" downwards is the ninth clause, on the purification of roots of goodness. Now, in this stage, it is like a lapis lazuli gem mounted upon the gold previously mentioned; that is, all stages should be understood by analogy to what preceded. The expression "four wind discs" refers to the winds of the four quarters.
