然此菩薩甚希有奇業至能不作證者，重顯七地菩薩常入真觀實際境中，而不作證起利他行。

Regarding "yet this bodhisattva's exceedingly rare and marvelous activity up to being able not to realize it directly," this highlights again that the bodhisattva of the seventh stage constantly enters the true contemplation of the realm of reality's limit, yet does not realize it directly, giving rise to actions that benefit others.
