如是如來乃至除此無有若過若增者，此明如來依靜慮故能有成辨，亦是定力所緣之事。
"Thus the Tathāgata... up to... apart from this there is nothing exceeding or added": this clarifies that because the Tathāgata relies on dhyāna he can accomplish these things; this is also an object of the power of meditative absorption.
