由內心淨者，謂此地證內修慧光明故言內心淨，無漏若淨意名為內心，謂即定也。
Regarding 'due to internal mental purity': because in this stage one realizes the light of the wisdom derived from internal cultivation, it is called 'internal mental purity'; taintless or pure consciousness is called 'internal mind', which refers to concentration.
