結云當知此中若由此生者，惡行邪見等。若得生已受諸苦惱者，正生惡趣也。若受苦已復起所餘自業所作種種眾苦者，生地獄中受先業苦已，復起餘業招眾眾苦。

The conclusion says: "One should know that here, 'if born from this'" refers to evil deeds, wrong views, and so forth. "'If having been born, they experience various sufferings'" refers to directly being born in the evil destinies. "'If having experienced suffering, they further give rise to various other sufferings created by their own karma'" means that having been born in the hells and experienced the suffering of former karma, they further give rise to other karmas that bring about diverse sufferings.
