言於此眼中所有制立眼名，想設，且非是眼者，復明名下所詮無有眼體。今時且明眼名非眼故言所有制立眼名眼想且非是眼。

As for "that which is posited in this eye as the name and concept of 'eye' is temporarily not the eye itself": this again clarifies that what is expressed under the name has no entity of an eye. For now it clarifies that the name "eye" is not the eye; therefore it says that all established names and concepts of an eye are temporarily not the eye.
