次起業力乃至諸果者，業力知彼緣生諸法假立有情自作自受，即知有情界無量也。
As for "next, generating the power of karma... down to: all fruits": the power of karma knows that with respect to those conditioned dharmas, nominally established sentient beings create their own [actions] and experience their own [retribution]; that is, knowing the boundlessness of the realm of sentient beings.
