實觀察乃至而教授之者，次起定力。既教授已，次起餘力等者，起後七力不異於前。
As for "truly observing... down to: and instructing them": next, one generates the power of concentration. As for "having instructed, next generating the remaining powers and so forth": generating the subsequent seven powers does not differ from before.
