從此無間乃至悉為無上者，此據成滿處說言佛頓得，理實諸德從初地來即漸漸得，到佛方滿。

From 'From this without interval... up to all being unsurpassed': this is spoken from the standpoint of the place of perfection, saying the Buddha attains them all at once; in reality, all qualities are acquired gradually from the first bhūmi onward, and are only brought to fulfillment upon reaching buddhahood.
