依發悟至證入一切如來行如來地者，景云：心意流轉不住如車法喻並舉名為意車佛意車滿超諸菩薩。基云：以意業能有運載調廣義故譬於車。

Regarding 'Relying on awakening... up to entering all Tathāgata-practices and the Tathāgata stage': Jing says: 'The mind-intent circulates without resting like a chariot; dharma and simile are cited together, termed "mind-chariot"; the Buddha's mind-chariot is perfected, surpassing all bodhisattvas.' Ji says: 'Because mental karma has the meaning of conveying, taming, and expanding, it is compared to a chariot.'
