言由前所說乃至四無所畏所能成辨者，此解第四事，於前四難如次知見解了，故能答四問也，亦可通云於一一難知見解了。

Regarding 'Accomplished through the previously mentioned... up to the four fearlessnesses': this explains the fourth activity; because he knows, sees, and thoroughly understands in accordance with the previous four objections, he is able to answer the four questions; or it can also be explained that he knows, sees, and thoroughly understands each individual objection.
