12.49

又善知恩已下，第七明隨順功德皆隆盛，如地經說：是菩薩如是成知恩心知報恩心轉柔和同止安樂直心煗心，無稠林行無有諂曲無有我慢，善受教誨，得說者意，此論舉初二句等取餘句。

From 'Furthermore, knowing gratitude well' onward, the seventh section explains that conforming merits all flourish. As the Daśabhūmikasūtra states: 'This bodhisattva thus accomplishes a mind knowing gratitude, a mind knowing how to repay gratitude, increasingly pliant, dwelling together peacefully, upright in mind, warm in mind, free of thicket-like practices, free of deceit, free of pride, well receiving instruction, and grasping the speaker's intent.' This treatise cites the first two clauses to indicate the remaining clauses.
