義曰：此中通論文中義含，即遍計自性習氣，遍計所執妄執自性習氣，前通善不善種，後唯二執心種。

The meaning is: Here, throughout the treatise text, the meaning is implicitly contained: namely, the vāsanā of the intrinsic nature of false discrimination, and the vāsanā of the intrinsic nature of false grasping at what is falsely discriminated. The former applies to both wholesome and unwholesome seeds; the latter is solely the seeds of the minds of the two graspings.
