此中有二諍：一家云：初帙第五、種子七義中云：若生異類，即此念生；若自賴耶非，即此剎那。故知現行望種種望現行，是自類異念生。

Here there are two disputes: One master says: In the seventh meaning among the seven meanings of seeds in the fifth section of the first portfolio, it says: 'If it produces a different category, it arises in this very thought; if it is one's own ālayavijñāna, it is not in this very moment.' Therefore we know that actual functioning in relation to seeds, and seeds in relation to actual functioning, arise in distinct thoughts of their own category.
