自下第二釋疑難，文分有四：初、明賴耶與轉識俱起而不相應，二、明與轉識俱起而不相違，三、明諸識取境總別，四、辨末那諸地恒起不與善等相違。於此四文各通疑難。

Below, the second part resolves doubts and difficulties, and the text has four divisions: First, clarifying that the ālaya co-arises with the transforming consciousnesses yet is not associated [with them]; second, clarifying that it co-arises with the transforming consciousnesses yet does not contradict them; third, clarifying the general and specific taking of objects by the various consciousnesses; fourth, analyzing how the manas constantly arises across all stages without contradicting the wholesome and so forth. In each of these four passages, doubts and difficulties are resolved.
