備云：婆沙第三師義當此論，謂如彼論說眼識取色有；四師解：一、解別緣；二、解不了總緣了別緣；三、解同色總緣，別色別緣，當成實義；四、解眾色聚，集多色生於一色，若不聚集，即緣一色，生於一識。

Bei says: The doctrine of the third master in the Mahāvibhāṣā corresponds to this treatise. That is, as that treatise explains that the eye consciousness apprehending color-form has explanations by four masters: first, explaining that it cognizes separately; second, explaining that when not clear it cognizes generally, and when clear it cognizes separately; third, explaining that it cognizes identical colors generally and distinct colors separately, which corresponds to the doctrine of the Tattvasiddhi; fourth, explaining that an aggregation of colors gathers multiple colors to produce one color-form, but if they are not gathered, it cognizes a single color-form and produces a single consciousness.
