解云：若是有漏通感總別二報，入十二支，解脫分等，由厭生死不能牽總，體是有漏猶招別根，有斯進退非十二支，故十二支不得名學。

The explanation states: If they are tainted, universally inducing both general and specific retributions, they enter into the twelve links; as for the aids to liberation and the like, because they are weary of birth-and-death they cannot pull the general [retribution], yet because their substance is tainted they still induce distinct faculties; having this advance and retreat, they are not the twelve links, so the twelve links cannot be called in-training.
