第二句云：所餘世間所有善根由此生故，轉更明盛者，景云：世間福分善根，由解勝分等所資導故，轉更明盛。

The second phrase states: 'Because the remaining worldly roots of goodness are generated through this, they become increasingly bright and flourishing.' Jing says: Worldly merit-conducive roots of goodness, being sustained and guided by the aids to liberation and the like, become increasingly bright and flourishing.
