第四云：復由此種子故，彼諸善法轉明盛生者，景云：此明福分種能生現行等流果勝，謂由福分自類種增長故，令現起福分轉明盛生。

The fourth [phrase] states: 'Furthermore, due to these seeds, those good dharmas arise increasingly bright and flourishing.' Jing says: This explains that the merit-conducive seeds are pre-eminently capable of generating the presently active fruit of uniform outflow. That is, because the seeds of the same category as the merit-conducive [good] increase, they cause the presently arisen merit-conducive [dharmas] to arise increasingly bright and flourishing.
