基云：此中由解脫等為因緣故，今世間福分善等種子名言無記種轉有功能，善業等種轉有勢力，自解脫分善根種子速得成立，成立者能增勝生果也。又即令福分善等種子速成立，此中邊新熏本有二義。

Ji says: Here, with the aids to liberation and so forth acting as causes and conditions, the nominally designated indeterminate seeds of worldly merit-conducive good and the like now function with greater efficacy, the seeds of good karma and the like have greater strength, and the seeds of the roots of goodness of one's own aids to liberation quickly achieve establishment. 'Achieving establishment' means being capable of increasingly and pre-eminently producing fruits. Moreover, it quickly establishes the seeds of merit-conducive good and the like; within this are the two meanings of newly perfumed and inherently existing.
