次明相違有五句，當知轉依，由相違故，永治賴耶識者，賴耶若在轉依不顯，轉依若顯賴耶即滅，是故相違，此總句也。

Next, clarifying contradiction, there are five clauses. 'One should know that the transformation of the basis, through contradiction, perpetually remedies the ālayavijñāna': if the ālaya is present, the transformation of the basis is not revealed; if the transformation of the basis is revealed, the ālaya is extinguished; therefore they are contradictory. This is the summarizing clause.
