問：如無心睡眠等暫時轉識不行即說不成轉識，如前七地中或有多時入觀不起彼愛，云何不說不成賴耶？

Question: 'If the temporary non-operation of the evolving consciousnesses in mindless sleep and so forth is spoken of as non-possession of the evolving consciousnesses, then just as in the first seven stages one may enter contemplation for a long time without giving rise to that craving, why is it not spoken of as non-possession of the ālaya?'
