言準不生互，非不種子者，喻有漏道伏而不斷。若火所損喻無漏斷，即金剛心時永害三界一切種子證無餘也。

Regarding "comparable to non-arising [...], not that it is not a seed": this is a metaphor for the contaminated path suppressing without severing. If harmed by fire, it is a metaphor for uncontaminated severance, namely at the vajra-like mind (vajropamasamādhi), permanently destroying all seeds of the three realms and realizing [nirvāṇa] without remainder.
