言由染污法種子滅故乃至亦不復能生自類果者，由金剛心時斷染等種故，令善種子不生異熟，無記種子不生自類果。

Regarding "Due to the destruction of the seeds of defiled dharmas, up to nor can they again produce fruits of their own kind": because at the vajra-like mind defiled and other seeds are severed, wholesome seeds are caused not to produce maturation (vipāka), and indeterminate seeds do not produce fruits of their own kind.
