答：不相應中法同分攝，此乃與心同種心之相分義，名法同分，非謂乃言依無境慧照本質更不反生即是無法攝，應同前解。

Answer: It is subsumed under the common category of dharmas (dharma-sabhāgatā) among the non-conjoined formations. This is the meaning of the objective form (nimitta-bhāga) of the mind sharing the same seed as the mind, which is called the common category of dharmas. It does not mean that, relying on wisdom without an objective domain to illuminate the archetype, it never arises in return and is therefore subsumed under non-existent dharmas; it should follow the previous explanation.
