The commentary says: Although it said 'seeds', it was not necessarily clear what was meant. There was fear of limitation, whereas now saying 'all' contains and embraces the entire meaning. Furthermore, what was the meaning of the words 'constant flow' (or 'flow of the Ganges')? If it meant 'flowing like the river Ganges', that is incorrect; if it meant 'flowing constantly', how could that refer to the meaning of perfuming by causes? Now saying 'torrent' (暴流), the meaning lies precisely here.
