13.6

彼既二義，此亦如是，由前本地分中勝義攝入此分決擇明之；或此依彼，從本地引生，即彼所含之義，此分所攝，故名攝決擇分。

Since that has two meanings, this is also like that: because the ultimate truths in the preceding Maulī Bhūmiḥ are gathered into this division to be determined and clarified; or because this depends on that, being brought forth from the Maulī Bhūmiḥ, it is the meaning contained in that and gathered by this division; therefore it is called the Viniścayasaṃgrahaṇī.
