13.66

設爾應成數執過，故第五因云又所依止，應成數數執受過失等，此中量云：既有執受不執受時不執受時應非情攝無執受故如死屍等。

If so, the fault of repeated appropriation would result; hence the fifth reason states: 'Furthermore, the support would incur the fault of repeated appropriation, etc.' Herein the syllogism states: 'Since there is appropriation and non-appropriation, at the time of non-appropriation it should be subsumed under the non-sentient, because it lacks appropriation, like a corpse, etc.'
