14.22

隨文釋者，言有所了別者，簡狂亂人，此說生在不律儀家要期受事得不律儀，不同雜心生在不律儀家但殺一生則得不律儀未必要須期受事，若生餘家必須受事。

Explaining according to the text: Saying "possessing discrimination" excludes deranged persons. This speaks of being born into a family of non-restraint and obtaining non-restraint through vowing to undertake the task; it differs from the Samyuktābhidharmahṛdaya where being born into a family of non-restraint, merely killing one living being entails obtaining non-restraint without necessarily requiring the vow to undertake the task; if born into another family, one must undertake the task.
