又於此活命事，重復起心欲樂忍可等者，初已受事重復忍可，方成不律儀。
Regarding the passage "Moreover, toward this livelihood task, repeatedly giving rise to a mind of desire, delight, and approval, etc.": only when having initially undertaken the task one repeatedly approves it does it constitute non-restraint.
