Jing says: In the lower four heavens, the objects of the five desires are continuous and constantly present, which is called 'manifest desire'; they are led by the force of karma. In the higher two heavens, the objects of the five desires are not constantly continuous, which is called 'non-manifest desire'; although they are also produced by karma, they arise through the lead of the force of aspiration. In Uttarakuru, clothing, musical instruments, and so forth grow on trees: when one aspires to go and take them, the tree immediately bends its branches, and one reaches them with one's hand; they also arise through the lead of karmic force; hence there is no fault.
