Ji says: Since these all arise from karma, why does it say they arise from manifest activity? The meaning is: in this birth, one comprehensively receives the retribution that upon a single arising of desire one obtains it; if speaking of its fruition, what does not arise from karma? This speaks relying on mostly apprehending manifest marks; therefore it says 'arisen from desire'.
