14.333

泰云：風大持物便不離散，名恒攝受。基云：持物令不散名恒攝受，如本地第三卷與此別。

Tai says, "The wind element upholds physical things so that they do not disperse and break apart; this is called constantly assimilating." Ji says, "Upholding physical things and keeping them from dispersing is called constantly assimilating, which differs from this in fascicle 3 of the Maulī Bhūmiḥ."
