機關連持，名恒相續者，景云：水磑轉名機關，因水引風，風力令轉，相續恒動。泰云：骨節風也。測云：有情身中出入息風也。

Regarding "linking and maintaining mechanical contraptions is called constantly continuous": Jing says, "A watermill's turning is called a mechanical contraption; due to water, wind is induced, and the force of the wind causes it to turn, continuously and perpetually moving." Tai says, "It refers to the wind in the joints of the bones." Ce says, "It refers to the wind of inhalation and exhalation in the bodies of sentient beings."
