言雜亂過失者，以有一法亦長亦短過故。又如車等，彼覺可壞故者，如取輪軸時失彼車等，以相待故。

Regarding the words "the fault of confusion": because there would be the fault of a single entity being both long and short. Regarding "furthermore, like a cart and so forth, because that cognition can be destroyed": just as when one takes apart the wheels and axles, one loses that cart and so forth, because it is mutually dependent.
