14.40

論解長等是假色中云「又如車等，彼覺可壞故」者，如取輪輞時，失彼車等，以相待故，此亦如是。此中二諍，如《對法抄》會。

Where the treatise explains that length and so forth are nominal forms, saying, 'Furthermore, like a cart and so forth, because the cognition of them can be destroyed': just as when taking a wheel or rim, one loses the cart and so forth because they exist through mutual dependence, here it is also like this. The two disputes here are reconciled as in the Notes on the Abhidharma-samuccaya.
