若遠離思已下，第三明體性。初明六法為律儀體，測云：遠離思上假說表業，表業與根俱時現行，說名律儀。

From “If the volition of renunciation...” onwards is the third [division], clarifying the essential nature. First, it clarifies the six dharmas as the essence of restraint. Ce says: On the volition of renunciation, informative action is nominally designated; informative action and the faculties operate simultaneously, which is called restraint.
