14.370

若言滅者，應與餘等者，業色滅時即與報色一時俱滅，報色滅時，不說有動，業色同滅，云何有動？量云：汝所說業畢竟無動，以其滅故，猶如報色。

As for 'if it is said to cease, it should be equal to the rest': when karmic form ceases, it ceases at the same time together with retribution form; when retribution form ceases, it is not said to have motion; since karmic form ceases identically, how could it have motion? The inference is: 'The karma spoken of by you is definitively without motion (thesis), because it ceases (reason), just like retribution form (example).'
