下非邪執生滅因緣，如薩婆多火為滅薪緣，是為住薪緣，此中破之。

Below, it negates the perverse clinging to the causes and conditions of arising and cessation, as the Sarvāstivādins hold that fire is the condition for extinguishing firewood and [another factor] is the condition for the firewood's abiding; this is refuted here.
