備云：未離聖道所對治，故言不離。今解稍異，以下明善業中云於彼誓受遠離，故知此云不離現行，即不遠離十不善也。

Bei says: Because one has not become separated from what is countered by the noble path, it says "not separated from." The current explanation is slightly different: because below, in explaining wholesome action, it states "vowing to undertake detachment from them," one knows that "not separated from active manifestation" here means not being detached from the ten unwholesome [paths].
