義曰：如此，其別境等法通三性，此中雖有染污不善等隨煩惱，仍是別境等中不善性，其此善中信隨中耶信，善中精進及懈怠隨惑，是何者一分，故知翻善來者皆是實有，若爾，放逸如何通？

The meaning is: Thus, dharmas like the particular objects pervade the three natures; although here there are defiled and unwholesome secondary afflictions, they are still of an unwholesome nature within the particular objects and the like. Among these wholesome states, faith corresponds to non-faith among the secondary [afflictions], and vigor among the wholesome states corresponds to the secondary affliction of sloth—of what are they a part? Hence we know that those overturned from the wholesome are all real existents. If so, how does negligence fit in?
