基云：於異熟所攝諸蘊者，謂同時心心所法等，即如第八同時數等，及心加行差別中而施設者，謂異熟心住運生法非別加行，若三無記加行心發，故言心加行，於異熟生心上假設故，故是假有。

Ji says: 'The aggregates subsumed under maturation' refers to the simultaneous mental factors and so forth, namely those simultaneous with the eighth [consciousness] and so forth; and 'posited within the distinctions of mental preparation' means that the maturation mind abides in functioning spontaneously, not as a distinct preparation, whereas the three indeterminate preparatory minds are activated [deliberately], hence called mental preparation. Because they are nominally posited upon the mind born of maturation, they are conventionally existent.
